That is a break, I am a Floridian and frankly, I dont know a single person against the Alito nomination. Now, whether that would be enough to swing a persons vote from Nelson to Harriss, I cant say, Nelson isnt really unpopular down here, he's a sort of UNKNOWN, I never hear people talk about him much. Harris of course is a BIG KNOWN but in her case you either love her or hate her, doesnt seem to be any middle ground. Unless the Republican Party actually gets BEHIND HER AND PUSHES I dont think her chances are good, but she'll get my vote. jdn

the two democrat Arkansas senators are running around saying they don't know if they will vote for Alito or not. Everyone in the local media seems to be giggling every time it comes up...

I'm confident the two junior senators from Arkansas already know how they've been told to vote...
