Currently sitting on a 2 Bagger, I'm not counting any unhatched chickens. But, the "..1-for-2 144-swap idea.." jives pretty closely with the "..shareholder advantageous Common-to-Preferreds.." scenario that was previously addressed. The details will sort themselves out in due time........ However it works out, the Longs will be sitting down to lobster & cracked-crab with drawn butter and carbonated grape juice while the BashHoles stand nearby in their monkey suits with a serving towel draped over one arm - and a crying towel stuffed in their arse pocket....
