Take a look at Titan Uranium, TUE on Venture. Small float, good management and well located properties. It's my pick.

My two uraniums are NUC and RM. My average cost for both is under $1...I stumbled on both of these thanks to google search. RM has 40 million lbs Uranium resource at their Workman Creek project in Arizona, which was taken to feasibility stage 25 years ago by a subsidiary of Westinghouse:
