Assuming one trusted the Globe and its reporter implicitly, such strong language would have settled any questions regarding the nature of Kerry's Form 180 execution....

...NONE OF WHICH is meant to accuse either the Globe or the Los Angeles Times of wrong-doing. Indeed, quite to the contrary, it is difficult to believe that either institution would jeopardize its reputation by misrepresenting either the contents of Kerry's military records or the nature of his Form 180 request.

[I'm sure corporate media protects it's "assets" same as any other for-profit corporation....]
