Who said anything about morality? "In both cases you are paying the market rate of return on the asset." Same with a crack whore. Right? the older and more beat up the less shades' friend has to pay. What does morality or ethics have to do with anything? If a lender can con an ignorant dufus into a no doc 106% ARM and make a $15k payday while he/she is at it...what's the problem? If some scuz from the burbs gives a crack addict $20 for a little front seat sex...what's the problem? Not his fault what the addict does with the $20, right? Just 'market return on the addict's ASSet'.
