Sergio, IPSU also has warrants. I can't remember the exact info on them as they were way out of the money when I owned the stock. On and off they have also been courted by another company. One issue that always worried me was the fact they use Natural Gas in their processing. With NG going through the roof their margins were really hurt. Now with sugar prices going up and NG coming down results should be better. Problem is they will never be consistent with earnings. I don't know of any other pure sugar plays. Joe PS I am hoping three times the charm for WPCS and the $12 barrier.
