Yesterday's new on the patent were good.

The CEO is scheduled to present in NY on Feb.1

They have about $0.70 in csh/shr

Revenues have increased significantly in last 4Qs, more so on the last Q.<g>

Have been trimming the loss in last 2Qs, more so on the last one.

On a close above 4.25 it should be able to test the Jan.H at 4.60 & the Sep. Hs aren't that far away.

And last, but not least the short ratio is around 7 <g>

Of course, I am biased and I LIKE THE LONGER TERM CHART <G>

Bernard, the volume ain't there...

Still no significant volume, but is selling above its Oct-Feb. Hs. <g>

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

It still needs to close above its Sep.29 H of 5.10 when volume was 3,522,391 <g>

An then above the Sep.7 H of 5.32, the day of the upgap, when volume was 8,235,679

Before it can retest the Jul.26 H at 5.60, when volume was 13,816,166 <g>

And I still like its "interesting" longer term chart.<G>

BTW, Its CEO was also at the BIO & CEO conference in NY today.(Let me know what you think after looking at the 40 slides.<g>)
