Big increase in ENER today (8.04%, +3.85). I know that there have been a lot of big one day changes recently, but I expect the cause of Monday's change is on State of the Union speech on Tuesday. The newspapers are reporting that the main subject of the speech will be on energy. The proposals would tend to favor an increase in ENER. I expect that hybrid autos, solar power and hydrogen would be prominent highlights of the energy policy subjects. All three would lend a speculative increase in ENER.
