I think a lot of people are caught between the "obvious bubble" and they "ain't makin' no more land" argument.
In 2000...we didn't have presidence like we do now. So they make up new excuses and drag out old idioms.
I admit, I dunno what's going to happen...I do know that it should have never been encouraged to happen vis a vie, massive tax break, low rates and esay money, mortgages passed on to GSE's etc.
If they aren't makin' anymore land why is it encouraged to create a dangerous bubble out of it? One that could shut out an entire generation.
