Thanks, Bernard. FRD was down 54 cents today (7.3%), and the dividend (record date tomorrow) is only 8 cents. That would be a big price to pay for avoiding a cash payment -:)

Of course trading out ahead of results makes more sense. But I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the post-Katrina/Rita quarter. Rebuilding in the Gulf will go on for awhile.
