And where do they come up with the income to pay down a real mortgage? Jeez $350k for a basic townhouse. Selling my large waterfront home for $500k is a bargain. You think hip hop generation settles for basic townhouse? No way they want their McMansion at a good price next downturn after they've figured out RE can go down and they'll be coming to Plano soon enough buying up your mini McMansions<g>
