So, it's important to remember that Clinton was consultative; Bush has not been.

Interesting speculation. I was thinking that it was probably because there are a lot of people who go about in the world already a few notes short of an octave and this opportunity brings them out of the woodwork. I'd love to see, say, Dr. Phil feature them on a show or a series of shows.
