You are wrong on that too. That is the time limit that clyw placed upon itself, if it goes pass April there won't be any problem at all, clyw can close it at any time it chooses. and for your info i expect this deal to close any day now.

The logic of this assumption is based on CLYW needing to own 100% of RVtec in order for RVtec to produce the phones and for CLYW to collect revenues from the phones produced by RVtec. In other words CLYW cannot collect phone revenue unless they own RVtec 100%. WRONG
