I would think. Usually weak February just around the corner, yield curve inversion, builder 12 hour deep discount sales every weekend and hearing how bad the resale home market is all over from realtors in the field. Of course Mr market wants to screw the most people in the least amount of time. Meanwhile the stock market discounting mechanism with regard to real estate doesn't appear to be a leading indicator this time out. Quick nasty fall in these stocks once the squeezing the short mantra runs its course? Continuing to average in here and I'm only in day five of my new strategy.
