Has anyone ever seen such a fiasco caused by the (PFE) CEO when he went on CNBC this morning from Davos and stated they had received FDA approval for Exubera? Only to have to retract it later with an admittance they hadn't received approval! He should have known that a general release of this information would have be in order. What I think happened is that his legal team is stilling working on a PR that could involve some restrictions and labeling issues for the drug.
