yes, its very clear that you are saying that there is no publicly available information on this product. i get it, this is not new information. and i agree. what i am merely saying that just because you cannot find a publicly available spec sheet or MSDS on the product does NOT mean that the product is a farce. this information DOES NOT need to be made publicly available NOR does it need to be made publicly available to the consumer; UNLESS, per OSHA, it contains carcinogens or haz-mat above a certain threshhold. even in this case, it must only be given to the workers handling the material and USDOT, if applicable. in any event, though PLNI may provide its contractors with MSDS', nobody else has the right to demand one or expect one to be public.

Turek went to AutoZone to buy a new battery for his car and got a Duralast battery at AutoZone. He said to himself, gee that is a great name for plastic lumber and if I could get one 2X4 in every AutoZone store (over 2000 stores), that would be a good year for PLNI.

Apparently, no companies have filed for a registered trade name using "duralast".
