Assume for the sake of argument that it was a company other than Google, one that was not as dominant, and the answer were "yes" and then that company used the access to find creative ways to undermine the fascist state in spite of its prohibitions. Constructive engagement is more effective and intelligent than isolationism. It is true even with your emotionally charged and extreme example that is not analogous in any event. "If the internet had existed in the 1940's, I wonder if Google would have complied with Nazi Germany's requests that anything relating to "Jews", "Concentration Camps", "Auschwitz", or "Final Solution" would be removed from "Google Germany" as well?"
