GERN gapped up this AM, on decent volume, so maybe yesterday's low at $7.50 will set the bottom for this near-term downtrend. There was news today [http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=22105171] and I'm sure that helped. I don't think of the GERN story as being about current revenues at this stage of the game. A year ago the CEO was targeting mid-2006 for the IND for the company's HESC treatment for spinal cord injury. I haven't followed the company closely enough to know whether they still consider themselves on-track to meet that target. If they meet it, such an achievement should be a huge driver for the stock.
