According to ProFunds, there's a $15,000 minimum. Was this the case and did you buy it through Schwab?

I doubt there is much risk in being short real estate unless we get a monster final blowoff in the overall market.

In any event once the real estate stocks turn down decisively I expect them to drop at least 20% from wherever the top is in a matter of months.
