Bolivia -if you follow what is going on there- shows how oil countries breeding a Saddam Hussein is a natural development. It works like that: A nation-savior takes power. The lower classes support him. He sell oil to support the masses.

Doles out jobs for the middle class. Keep a tiny number of trusted partners. Oil interests start doing business with him and accommodate him.

Better food and better health care. Population grows. need to keep middle class happy. Creates universities. Doles out jobs for the middle class sons and daughters who studied in those universities.

Need more jobs for the poor class sons: Create a strong armed forces and transform the poor into soldiers. With oil money buy weapons. Start having crazy ideas about neighbors and uses the armed forces.

Within the country some are not sharing the money as they think it should: Kill, torture and jail them. Dissidents ran away form the country and take refuge in Sweden, US, France. Start writing about the strong man crimes... And so it goes...

Chavez natural development too!!!
