Exactly..... The guy is not an extremist... rather pragmatic I'd say... and I still am disappointed the C and NDP didn't have enough seats between them to control parliament... efficient social programs on a budget... ... :O)

He has almost 0 charisma... maybe that will be good... He cannot coast...

I doubt it will get to a vote. Opposition will bring him down for trying. Then you will hear the red necks from the party :)
