I figure it's worth way more than the 4.50, but they got tired of complaints from shareholders. So they let the stock tank and now there is a buyout at a big premium.

I'm cynical but what the heck, I made money because I kept buying as it moved down. I still feel the play is worthwhile given the big spread.

What exactly does this mean? I see this as the only possible obstacle to merger completion.
