Bill, I have no problem with the Lithuanians, probably they may have since I am not sure SI has an Lithuanian alphabet interface, LOL.

Anyway, I lived for almost 20 years in a Spanish speaking Latin American country and have learned a little bit about their idiosyncrasy. If you know any Hispanic, you may have noticed one of their main characteristic: they are shy and feel very uncomfortable when they have to speak English and don't know much of it.

On the other hand, just as Dave pointed out that there are boards in other languages, I could have simply opened up one in Spanish without even asking. I just wanted Dave's approval and support in what enforcement of the rules is concerned.

BTW, wouldn't an Arabic board be nice? LOL.
