Up in the Iron Range in Minnesota, they will break your windows and slash your tires if you park a foreign car on the street. It's a lot easier than making American cars that work.

same with gm. i remember going to gm plant in early 80's. had to make sure you rented a gm car at airport they will not let anything but gm cars into parking lots.

what's your thoughts on conditions around detroit as these massive lay offs continue in a depressed area. most likely these workers will be like the steel mills etc and never relocate. job training doesn't help in no new industry with jobs.
