That's because MD house and Senate are 75% democrat and Walmart won't donate to their campaigns. It's all about money for those dems

The concept that the private sector or the taxpayers can be ROBBED without due process of law because government CHOOSES to waste the public's money (such as in "public" health care) is exactly the kind of tyranny that the FOUNDERS lost sleep over.

This was predicted when the first public school districts were given federal funds and now we have an education ayatem that's only purpose is to enrich greedy teacher's unions, and can't teach anything.

Let's hope Walmart takes the EASY route, and gets this illegal law thrown out in court. Otherwise, who can blame them for shifting out of that state?...
