The thing that is interesting about boats....You can buy one that is large enough to live on, be on the water (therefore have waterfront), move when you want to a new waterfront, and yet have enough money left to go travel to other places and rent places if one feels like landing for a few weeks or months. All the while, not paying property taxes...just moorage. Don't know if we will do that or not, but we have talked about it..... Problem is: We have too ooooo ooo much 'stuff' so would have to get a Paul Allen type boat...(400' plus) and that is ENTIRELY out of the question!!! <laughing out loud, LOUDLY!>
