Clinton lied about getting a BJ - an understandable thing, given that he was having extramarital affairs.

Bush lied about WMDs and the imminent threat that Iraq posed. His lie was the basis for an illegal war that has cost $200B+ and counting, 100,000's of Iraqi lives and 2000+ American servicemen lives and endless destruction of Iraqi homes and infrastructure. GWB is a war criminal.
