FWIW My understanding is that employers cannot legally question the docs given to them by potential employees, or at least that is what one building VA contractor told me.

He said we need to revamp the laws and put pressure on businessmen - the temptation is too strong to do bad things - that we are creating an underclass that had a different culture, language and lower education than the general population so we can dump all our shitty jobs on them - in the old days our kids did our yards and such - today our kids are given the world at Macy's and starbucks from 5 years old while we make the underclass that cant speak english do what they used too.

Grace says hardships build character - if we dont let the kids work a REAL job at least ONCE in thier life - what is it KM says? After the heroin party stops and they have to live in the REAL WORLD as an adult - they are not prepared and off themselves. I see the guy from scottrade on many commmercials - roger riney I think - he is always delivering papers or cutting grass or such as a kid - well not anymore - we got pedro to do that.
