I believe that people have a right to dispose of their assets as they see fit to when they die.

It's not the idea of an estate to which I object, but that the benifit is limited solely to real property. Perhaps it's not so easy to valuate other contributions, but it is bad for the country to shift all benefits to one side of the capital-labor equation.
