I am all for stocks but your clients will get killed on the bond portion of the portfolio

Lots more options on the bond front including foreign government and corporate. One can't possible expect the kind of fabulous gains that we got in the bond market in the last 20 years to continue but there is always a place for bonds in a low inflation environment like we have now.

Anyone shorting Tbonds has gotten killed:
