Paul - You may also check out LGN (Logian). I had mentioned this last May. It has already had a nice bounce off its lows, but still has some decent upside, IMO. One of its most profitable hotels is finally open for business again after sustaining significant damage in 2004.

P/bk attracts. OTOH, no div. and earnings history not confidence inspiring (losses in several years).
