The left can't win elections and can't stuff the judiciary with activist judges. Yet they still complain that Bush has too much power.

Once that was true......no longer; to whit, Bush wiretapped without clearing it with the judiciary. And you bubbas think that's a good thing. Bush could sell snake oil to you all and you would buy it in cartons.
