"I assume Iran has a rocket that will reach Israel carrying a nuclear warhead..." It would take a big one for a Fat Man type of bomb. And they haven't tested anything of that size. Now if they do some tests and develop a fusion device, then yeah. But something that they can guarantee to explode without testing is going to be a big device.
