You'll need a CD burning tool. There are dozens, here's a freeware one:

HT Fireman CD/DVD Burner

Personally I use Nero Burning ROM on Windows:
nero.com

The CD burning tool will load the ISO image and create a data CD from it. You can either use a CD-R (write once) or CD-RW (erasable/rewriteable).
