Good trade - that's the way to do it. I just think the math works out such that the value of the stock now is only a fraction, with the "hope" of a great success down the road, giving a chance to buy in much less.

I.e., Cubans buys 95% of the company for $3 million, it ain't worth 15 million or whatever the market cap is now.
