That is an excellent excerpt. I only wish there were actual enforcement and specifics to "adequate current information" and not purposely vague language to CYA for MM's, by which CEO's do move stock. However, it doesn't really say anything about this stock and the issues here and I'm not sure if you are saying it does. Are you saying that PLNI is subject to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934? The way that is interpreted (foolishly by the SEC IMO) is that it is not, but I welcome your contrary opinion. Don't get me wrong. I am definitely for MORE information upon which to base investment decisions. It's the speculation and assumptions that masquerade as fact (both from extreme bulls and bashers) to which I object.
