BUT, as usual, you ignored the piece that was important...

And, as usual, my lecture didn't register with you.

You are repeating in that clip what I just finished lecturing you about. I didn't ignore it. I just thought that lecturing you about it twice in the same post would be redundant. So, casting redundancy aside, here goes.

"does seem to me that you continue to ignore that the "capacity to deliver" any type of weapon/s, can be purchased from the countries/people that have them. i.e. We know North Korea has the missiles. They need money. They can sell the missiles to those who have the warheads. "

Begin lecture.

Look at your verbs. You say "can be purchased" and "can sell." "Can" means it's possible. It doesn't mean "have already" or "will" or even "likely will."

End lecture. Begin argument.

As your stated opinion stands, I won't argue it on substance. Sure, maybe they can.

End argument, begin lecture.

But it doesn't support your assertion that this threat "pose(s) a serious challenge to the survival of the American republic," one in the class with the American Revolution, to take the first one on his list. First of all, "can" does not demonstrate the "capacity to deliver." And second, it's a "can buy," not "can deliver." Once you buy, you need to deliver. You didn't address delivery.

End of lecture. Begin argument.

The Cubans, another threat on his list, had nuclear weapons within striking range of us. Now, THAT's a "capacity to deliver."

End of argument.
