The Tiffany lawsuit, appears to me this would get thrown out of court. i think tiffany should go after the seller not ebay. tiffany going to sue every action place in the world. How about all the pawn shops? consignment businesses. i do believe buyers should get a response from the court system if it is proven a seller is posting knock offs as the real thing and it is brought to their attention. the seller should have a choic, stop selling or post them as knock offs.
