That's pretty crude. I would rather just stop them on the other side of the river. At the very least, Vincente Fox should be sending at least 25 billion a year to educate and take care of the illegals in the USA. Having visited several of the border towns of Mexico, I can understand why no one would want to stay there. Even in Juarez, where there are many many Maquiladora plants, why stay there and build cars for 10 bucks a day when they can cross to USA and work in a plant or machine shop for much much more, and as it stands even if they DO get caught, they can tell their employers they will be back in a day or so.
