Circuit breakers are very cool. Their invention allows one of your electrical circuits to "not blow" like the old fuse boxes. There's a plug-in you can buy for under $5 to plug in where the bad one is.
That would be if you haven't gone to your box and flipped the one that's "out of line" back on first. It will absolutely not shock you.
Just wait and let a dude do it though. You may difibulate from anxiety. :•)
