I am also aware that there are many people who religiously believe bundles of cells have a God given right to exist. That's part of why I'm picky about not claiming a right to an abortion. People claim all sorts of things as rights and sometimes get enough folks to fall for the assertion. It's best to not be too cavalier about calling things "rights" because it encourages that kind of sloppiness. The right to privacy is better protected by not overreaching and calling it a right to abortion.
