Ah, well, it could possibly be, yes it just could possibly be, because you were saying different things. I gather you still don't see Roe as establishing a "right." I gather from E's points, that she does. I'm sometimes accused of being a nominalist but in this regard I think the label is important. It summons up a rather large assembly on onlookers. I like them.
