Hi Gottfried, Thanks for the response. I get the ZA message all of the time. It definitely slows the boot up time. I use RegVac to clean the registry, and use AVG as my Anti-virus program. If I try the Sunbelt firewall, I'll first use it on my notebook computer. My desktop is "mission critical". :) I use the desktop on a daily basis for my stock trading. If the Sunbelt firewall proves to be working on my notebook, I'll then try it on my desktop. Stock Bull
