Specter has a very illustrious career and was the DA before he was elected to the Senate. He is well respected by both the parties and I do not know much about you buy still I am assuming that he is as good or even better that either you or me or any blogger who calls him what you do. There is no point in Mutharing him this way. His first thought is that we need to form our opinions about Bush's domestic spying only after learning all the facts and that I think is a very respectable opinion to express.

Watson, I'm calling you out as a LIAR for posting the total obscene BS that "Kerry called our troops terrorists". I heard Sean Hannity say that today on Fox News and no one challenged him, but he needs to be slapped in the face and kicked in his little nuts. That is a pure smear and 100% dishonest statement. What Kerry said was perfectly true and right after he said it the Bush administration stopped the practice of US troops conducting night-time raids on Iraqi families, something the Iraqi troops should have been doing to begin with. BTW, Kerry knows how hearts and minds are lost when US troops kick in doors of civilian homes. We did that in Vietnam. We even burned down their villages. And as a result we lost the hearts and minds and our efforts there totally failed. This kind of bad behavior gets our troops killed, gets our country hated and doesn't accomplish a damn thing.
