Wrong. Vouchers clearly drain money from public schools. The voucher idea is 100% the lobbying effort of religious schools, primarily rightwing extremist religions, but also Catholic schools. Vouchers would also benefit prep schools for richer kids. Inevitably, millions of kids would get left behind. The math doesn't add up, anymore than cutting taxes for the rich and spending more does.
