Manny, if they have to file when they take 5% ownership, then logically, they would have to sell when they sell the same stake. Right? This is where I'm confused, since they filed twice that they have a 5% stake. It could be that they're filing exceeds the regs. I thought it was a 10% position. And since they aren't required to file for 5%, there's no filing for the sale.
