Actually, I think "reproductive rights" is the best label to use for the right. Well, it's my favorite, anyway. It was mentioned up in the Roe decision.

I like it better than abortion rights because it is broader and is more expressive of the essence of the right than "abortion rights" and is more to the point than "privacy." To me, what this is all about is the natural right to reproduce as one sees fit. That means that the state can't stop you from aborting, can't sterilize you, can't restrict or require the number of chilren you have, etc. If that ain't a natural right, I don't know what is.
