I agree with most predictions except, USD remaining strong... This would also mean US Treasuries might also fall... The bond bubble in non-USTreasuries will be absoultely burst!!

Coal numbers for electricity (backing up your numbers):
eia.doe.gov

Electric Power Generation:
Coal, 2005: 1986 billion kilowatthours
Net available to Grid, 2005: 3873 billion kilowatthours

53% from Coal.

Its slightly less if you count Commercial and Industrial Generation, but your number is correct.
