We should probably have laws, too, that you can't eat, smoke, use a cell phone, or listen to talk radio or loud music in the car. And that multiple kids can only ride if you tape their mouths shut. Karen, Karen, Karen... Something tells me you are always looking for the optimal solution (which you rarely ever find) and you denigrate good solutions that solve only 60 to 80 percent of the problem. In real life we have to consider finding a lot of good solutions and not count on finding the optimal solution.
