There is nothing that doesn't catch them off guard...or that they don't claim catches them off guard. They knew about 9/11 ahead of time, about the impending devastation of Katrina. Bush declared the election of Hamas proof that the democratic process of free elections works...It's a good thing, he says. I'm just waiting for the day - and I hope it's soon - when Condi says: Who would ever have guessed the president has a large brain tumor.
